• A. Platinum Exhibit Booth – $1,500.00
  They are located in premium, high visibility areas surrounding the entrance and in high traffic areas.
  Includes:
  •Standard booth amenities
  •Two (2) individualized advertisement signs
  with vendor logo
  •Up to three (3) additional Guest Invitations
  •Recognition during morning introductions,
  with the opportunity to introduce your
  company and highlight your booth location
• B. Gold Exhibit Booth – $1,250.00
  They are end/corner booths with high visibility in a central traffic area.
  Includes:
  •Standard booth amenities
  •Gold booth vendors are combined into a single advertisement sign with vendor logos
  •Recognition during the afternoon introductions
• C. Silver Exhibit Booth – $1,000.00
  They are end/corner booths with high visibility in a central traffic area.
  Includes:
  •Standard booth amenities
  •Silver booth vendors are combined into a single advertisement sign with vendor logos
  •Recognition during the afternoon introductions
• D. Standard Exhibit Booth – $500.00
  They are located throughout. Outside booths may be purchased for large equipment.
  Includes:
  •One (1) 6’ skirted table, two (2) chairs, trash can, organization ID sign
  •Breakfast and lunch for three (3) staff members.
• E. Standard Double Exhibit Booth – $1,000.00
  They are located throughout. Outside booths may be purchased for large equipment.
  Includes:
  •One (1) 6’ skirted table, two (2) chairs, trash can, organization ID sign
  •Breakfast and lunch for three (3) staff members.
• F. Additional Booth Staff – $25.00
  Additional booth staff beyond what is included in booth purchase. Organization Booth Registration will be verified.
