Welcome Back!
We are excited to welcome everyone back to our Annual Spring Meeting and Expo! As always, it will be a full day of Vendor Exhibits and Training Sessions at the FleetPros Colorado Chapter Annual Spring Meeting and Expo!
The Colorado Chapter of FleetPros (formally known as RMFMA) invites members, associate members and anyone involved in fleet operations to participate in the Spring Meeting and Expo at the Adams County Fairgrounds, Wednesday, May 7, 2025. The Expo offers buyers and vendors an atmosphere beneficial to the exchange of ideas, problem solving, education, and networking.

VENDOR SET UP – MANDATORY FOR ALL VENDORS
Tuesday, May 6, 2025, 10:00am to 3:00pm
All booths must have a representative present for set-up. Door prizes will be ticketed at that time.
Set-up of indoor vehicle displays must start promptly at 10am and be completed by 12pm. Non-vehicle booths may set up from 12pm to 3pm. Set up on the day of the event is not allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Notice in writing by April 2nd, full refund.
Notification after April 2nd and April 16th, half refund.
Notification after April 16th, no refund.
Failure to appear without notice does not release the exhibitor of payment.
