• A. Platinum Exhibit Booth – $1,250.00
  They are located in premium, high visibility areas surrounding the entrance and in high traffic areas.
  Includes:
  •Standard booth amenities
  •Two (2) individualized advertisement signs
  with vendor logo
  •Up to three (3) additional Guest Invitations
  •Recognition during morning introductions,
  with the opportunity to introduce your
  company and highlight your booth location
  NEW THIS YEAR! Platinum sponsors are being requested to bring one $250 minimum door prize to be offered in a special drawing to be scheduled during one of the expo times during the conference. This will give the Platinum sponsors an exclusive opportunity to showcase your company and highlight your products and services for 5 minutes at your booth location, with the drawing being held for the special door prize after showcasing your company.
• B. Gold Exhibit Booth – $1,000.00
  They are end/corner booths with high visibility in a central traffic area.
  Includes:
  •Gold booth vendors are combined into a single advertisement sign with vendor logos
  •Recognition during the afternoon introductions
  •One (1) 6’ skirted table, two (2) chairs, trash can, organization ID sign
  •Breakfast and lunch for three (3) staff members.
• C. Standard Exhibit Booth – $500.00
  They are located throughout. Outside booths may be purchased for large equipment.

• F. Additional Booth Staff – $25.00
  Additional booth staff beyond what is included in booth purchase. Organization Booth Registration will be verified. You cannot register as Additional Booth Staff without having a booth at the show.
